After receiving a skin care repair treatment for sun damage, I had been recommended to try self-tanning towelettes for my face (since I am not allowed to tan my face anymore) I love the idea!
I picked up these Loreal towelettes, last minute at a Rite-Aide before I was heading out to the Bahamas. I used a towelette the morning before I got on the plane. Immediately, I loved the look, sun kissed, golden color, natural looking. By the time I got to my first destination 7 hrs later, I started to look old (it seemed as if my facial lines were standing out) my face started to itch, and the smell just seemed to linger and get stronger (the smell of tanning lotions, yuk... and right under my nose!)
I decided not to continue usage during my vacation for fear of developing a rash of some sort.
I would say I was not satisfied with what I experienced with my first time use.
Back from vacation I have since googled other reviews and they gave these towelettes 4 to 4-1/2 stars, so I am going to give them another shot and report back.
I would love to hear your reviews if you've tried tanning towelettes and if you recommend I try another brand, please share!
