Whoa! Who knew... From the cruise ship we walked what seemed like forever to the city of Istanbul... along the water. So many people fishing off giant rock walls.  What an old city, but with a modern feel.  Mosques... 
underground, medusa...  The GONG!  The Bazar.. here you can shop till you drop!... from old world finds to American name brand merchandise, it's all here.


Ever peed in a in floor bathroom?... well I have!

We took a rail across the city to the ruins...  Dirty, dirty city! If it weren't for all the history and sites, I wanted to just get out of there! Parthanon, Acropolis, caratids, ruins, history

Cute port town, lots of cars zooming by.  We jumped onto a tiny train that played music for a ride around the town... yahts galore!

we have been to Rome, so we decided to skip and excursion out to Pisa via a private tour car. Leaning tower of Pisa...

Never made it to this port :(  THIS WAS THE ONE PORT I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO!. The water was to unpredictable, the ship was listing to it's side. The tenders couldn't have made it in, especially with elderly. I'll BE BACK!

Venice, Italy

Venice or Venicia, I love Venice, this was my second visit to this amazing one-of-a kind city.  
Of course we enjoy some Gelato.

This time we took a visit over to the island of Murano, to check out the Venetian glass made by the Murano glass factory.
