I have been using Gowalla for about 2 years now. I have mostly used it to check-into travel places like airports, hotels, care rental, spots like parks and touristy places. I don't use it regularly for everyday things like shopping at stores, doing local everyday things, although it can be used for all of these things. Lately, and now mostly I've been using to check into-restaurants and have now accumulated an archive or history of places I've enjoyed meals and cocktails. It's a great and fun application, for iphone & Droid ~ Check it!
