A new restaurant and Bar, recently opened in my old neighborhood. Eat. Brü. Crü. Farm to table food. Craft beers and wines...
We went for dinner. The service in the bar area was so slow ! My husband had to walk over to the bartender at the bar to order because no servers ever made their way over. Most of the brews were scratched off the chalk board, would have like to have tried some of them.
We were eventually buzzed by our pager and walked over to a table. Our server was great, really knew the menu, made recommendations to us that were spot on. Very enjoyable dinner. Would definitely give it another try.
The Brü & Crü Pretzel bread served with house-made white wine cheddar fondue and stoneground pale ale mustard sauce was da bomb ! The Brü Burger Cedar River Farms beef porterhouse burger served on an artisanal bun accompanied by 3-year aged cheddar, drunken caramelized onions, house cured pickles and served with our Brü smoked pepper aioli and fries won't let you down. Brü Beef Short Rib Chili Topped with onions, cheddar cheese and served with stoneground cornbread and Pacifica Farms honey butter was pretty tasty too.
After sharing our experience with others they across the board said we should try the Beer-can-chicken.
