Pool: yes. Cold ! and centered in the middle of suites surrounding it on all sides. Bar with wait service. jacuzzi. Nice property, centrally located within walking distance to all the Pirate things we were doing this week. Shopping, marina. Perfect location.

Centrally located across the street from recently renourished Smather's Beach and a short complimentary shuttle service to bustling Duval Street, the Sheraton Suites Key West is truly an oasis in paradise.
I loved this place, because it had access to it's own "man made" beach just across the street ! Clean, water toys and loungers to rent.
Pool: YES... with waterfall and jacuzzi, with lights that change color. Bar.
We had a garden view room. (well more like a wall view) so we changed to a better room the following day, with a complimentary upgrade !

We had such a great time... most all of the things take place on or around the famous Duval Street.
Hemingways House and museum ~ so cool. Loved the 6 toed cats wandering around the property.Green Parrot ~cool dive bar, free popcorn.Sloppy Joes ~ Crazy fun bar, live music, dance floor.
Maritime. Schooner Wolf ~ took a sunset cruise with a pirate crew on the Schooner. Best Pizza we had, I kept craving it, it was so good, located just across the street from Sloppy Joes. A day trip to Sunset Key ~ ferried over.
Amusement park set up in the middle of the Pirate Festival. Trumans waterfront is where all the piracy took place daily Bike Rental~ we rode bikes along the streets of Key West and along the water front from one side to the other. Cuban food & beer...

We met some really great pirate people and locals: Shout out to: Chaoi Boi, Charles Daily, Robert Isenburg, Meghan Jacobs, Caribbean Pearl, Pirate Robert, Kelly Holst.. ... Sad to hear that there will not be a 2012 Pirates in Paradise Festival !!!
