Flying from LAX to MCO, I have flow hundreds of times on a multitude of airlines, including Virgin Air and I have to say the flight here was fantastic! We flew Virgin America for the first time... WOW... they really know how to roll out the red carpet, literaly (see photos) ...music, cute little lights, the atmosphere was wonderful!... their tickets are even unique. I don't care to fly any other airline ever again... and I'm serious!
On the way back MCO to LAX at the gate they were having guests roll big red blow up dice for free headsets. Again, the red carpet was out. Calling out boarding letters... A for the Awesome people... (it's the little things)... We usually try to get the security seats for the leg room, when scanning our ticket to board a DING sound chimed to let the boarding attendant know to verify that we had security seats and knew it, that was a first.
What other airline lets you order your food and drinks from your personal tv screen? ... (they have 5 hour energy drinks on their menu) and play games for free? and chat with any person in any seat on your plane? ... and the indigo lighting onboard, the personalized peppy virgin plane music, the mist blown into the plane upon take-off... too cool, I say!
